January 5, 1974 – March 17, 2011

Lonnie Corbitt, 37 of Scottsboro, died Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Highlands Medical Center.
He is survived by wife Shalena Corbitt, children; Cagan Ridgeway, Payton Corbitt and Lane Corbitt all of Scottsboro, brothers and sisters; Darlene (Steve) McBride of Pisgah, Jimmy (Gail) Corbitt , Rodney (Connie) Corbitt and Diane (Gary) Corbitt all of Scottsboro, Billy (Cheryl) Corbitt of Woodville and Connie Jacobs of Section and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Corbitt is preceded in death by parents Jack and Dorothy Corbitt, brother Paul Corbitt and brother-in-law Stanley Jacobs.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Saturday at Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Venable and Rev. Tim Ingram officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 5 – 9pm.
