Robert A. Points

Robert "Bob" Allen Points, 71 of Scottsboro, AL died Friday morning at Highlands Medical
Center. He was born in Ashland, KY and graduated from University of Kentucky as a
Metallurgical Engineer.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Jane Points, daughters' Carrie McClendon of Scottsboro, AL
(Dale), Julie Stilgenbauer of Ashland, KY, Cassandra Bussey of Birmingham, AL (Kevin),
Carmen Bosen of Savannah, GA (Pete), and sister Betty McNees of Frankfort, KY (paul). His
eight grandchildren are Sarah and Drake McClendon, Rachel and Preston Stilgenbauer, Jacob
and Hope Bussey, and Ethan and Kate Bosen. He also has several nieces and nephew's.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edmund M. Points.

He and his wife lived in Manama, Bahrain for thirteen years, where he retired from Garmco
Aluminum Company as a Metallurgical Engineer and later returned to Scottsboro, AL.
Memorial services will be held at Scottsboro Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday night
from 6 - 8pm, and the funeral will be Monday at 2pm. Burial will immediately follow at Cedar
Hill Cemetery.
